Key Responsibilities:
Perform
Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) verification
in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Review and verify submitted documents for accuracy and completeness.
Assist customers with the DSC verification process and resolve basic queries.
Maintain proper records and documentation of all verification activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely processing.
Ensure adherence to
security and compliance standards
during the verification process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
0-2 years (Fresher's encouraged to apply).
Communication Skills:
Good verbal and written skills in
English, Hindi, and Gujarati
.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn specialized DSC verification processes.
Commitment to complete a
2-year lock-in period
.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in
document verification, customer support, or banking operations
is an advantage.
Understanding of
KYC and compliance processes
will be a plus.
