Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via
email, calls, WhatsApp, and chat
Resolve issues related to
orders, returns, refunds, payments, and deliveries
Coordinate with
warehouse, logistics, marketplace teams
for issue resolution
Maintain support tickets and ensure timely follow-ups
Provide accurate product information and troubleshoot customer concerns
Help improve customer satisfaction and reduce escalations
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in
customer support or e-commerce operations
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic knowledge of
Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple cases at once
Proficiency with
Excel, Gmail
Ability to prepare basic reports (orders, returns, cancellations)
Understanding of logistics & order tracking
