Handle customer and partner (B2B) queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off requests with service partners and Ambassadors.
Monitor ongoing service jobs to ensure timely completion and accurate updates.
Maintain records of transactions, service requests, and issue resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department and follow up for closure.
Support finance and operations teams with wallet updates, billing queries, and service confirmations.
Ensure compliance with company processes and customer service standards.
Provide daily operational reports and feedback to the management team.
