Coordinating with the Social Media Team for Social Media Posts Calendar
Coordinating with Design team for designs
Sharing the project deliveries with the client and need to followup for the feedbacks.
Ability to manage the projects work and track the progress of the tasks and followup the respective teams.
Ability to handle Support Requests from Clients on Phone and Email.
Work quickly and efficiently and should be able to tackle them effeciently
Attention to detail Should be able to interact with Client and get their updates done.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English is needed.
Qualification
: MBA/ any Degree with relevant experience
Selection process:
1st Round - English Test
2rd Round - Interview with Operations Head
3rd Round - Meeting with MD
