Document and file management:
Create and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems. Organize and update important documents and records.
Office support:
Order and maintain office supplies, manage general office equipment like printers and phones, and assist with basic financial administration like processing expense reports or bookkeeping.
Data and records:
Perform data entry, maintain databases, and assist in preparing reports.
Administrative assistance:
Provide general administrative support as needed, which can include tasks like word processing, creating presentations, and assisting with event planning.
