Job Overview:

We are seeking an

Onboarding Specialist

to handle end-to-end ERP software onboarding for new clients. The role involves client training, system configuration, and ensuring smooth implementation and user adoption. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, customer-handling experience, and a willingness to travel to client locations when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the onboarding process for new clients using Fresa ERP software. Conduct client training, product demos, and implementation sessions. Understand client business processes and configure the ERP system accordingly. Coordinate with Implementation and Support teams to ensure timely project delivery. Document onboarding progress, feedback, and issue resolutions. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the onboarding journey. Travel to client sites for implementation and training when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. Experience in client onboarding, ERP implementation, or customer success is preferred. Freshers with strong communication and learning ability are also welcome. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Willingness to travel as per client project needs. Hindi-speaking ability will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
