Support Engineer
Job Description
:
Provide support for our in-house partners and staff
Assist in research and development of our products
Delighting customers by going the extra mile and providing an excellent experience for clients
Address all incoming issues and questions via email and chat
Serve as a trusted advisor to real estate agents in the U.S. and Canada sharing best practices and resources as appropriate
Must be able to control composure and emotions in stressful situations and capable of
absorbing and delivering constructive feedback in a positive way
Proactively seeks tasks and looks for opportunities to collaborate with and assist others
Utilize internal tools to request assistance from other teams (i.e. JIRA)
