Job Title: Support Engineer - Power BI Location: Bangalore and Hyderabad Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BI, ETL, Data Warehousing, and Data Mining, with a passion for learning and keeping up with advanced BI technologies. The candidate should also be well-versed in programming languages such as DAX, MDX, and SQL, and have conceptual knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud architecture or experience with Cloud SaaS. Key Responsibilities: Utilize BI tools such as Power BI to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Perform ETL processes and manage data warehousing to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Work with heterogeneous Database Management Systems, including Oracle, MySQL, SAP, and others, to extract and transform data for reporting and analysis. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions. Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance BI solutions for optimal performance. Provide support for BI solutions, including L1 and L2 support, and work with end-users to address their reporting and data-related inquiries. Stay current with advancements in the BI field, continuously improving and expanding your skillset. Assist in the administration of Power BI and other BI tools. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, with at least 1 year in a support role. Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI and Power BI administration Strong knowledge of OLAP/Data warehousing and OLTP/Database systems. Experience with BI report development. Programming skills in DAX, MDX, and SQL. Conceptual knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud architecture or experience with Cloud SaaS is a plus. Familiarity with Power BI administration is advantageous. Knowledge of Azure Cloud is preferred but not mandatory. A strong desire to learn and adapt to emerging BI technologies.
