# Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex incidents related to Oracle Financials, EBS, ARCS, FCCS, and additional Oracle applications, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
System & Database Management:
Manage Oracle EBS (including modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, etc.), and Oracle Database environments (PROD and Non-PROD). Responsibilities include deployments, patches, upgrades, performance tuning, security, and capacity planning.
Functional Support & Expertise:
EBS Modules: Provide support across modules such as General Ledger, Financial Accounting Hub, Subledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Purchasing, iProcurement, iExpenses, iTax, System Administration, Approvals, Application Admin, Alert Manager, HR, and Cash Management.
Performance & Capacity Monitoring:
Conduct continuous monitoring to ensure optimal system operation, including database performance, system configurations, and resource utilization.
Project Support & Development:
Use allocated Oracle RTB development days for projects including enhancements, fixes, or new workflows, coordinating priorities with MHI management within the allotted days.
Support for Multiple Environments:
Maintain stability, security, and performance of Production, UAT, Dev, SIT, and DR environments through proactive monitoring and maintenance activities.
Security & Compliance:
Manage user access, implement security best practices, and ensure compliance with data governance and audit policies.
Documentation & Audit:
Document all activities, support issues, configurations, and time tracking accurately for audits and reporting.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and MHI stakeholders. Communicate technical issues effectively and manage expectations.
# Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of [5] years supporting Oracle Financials, EBS (including core modules).
Excellent troubleshooting skills across applications, databases, and system layers.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS modules listed above
Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, RMAN, and Oracle utilities.
Familiarity with Oracle tools like HFM, and BI tools is highly desirable.
Proven ability to support large-scale enterprise systems in a dynamic environment.
Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., OCP) are advantageous.
Strong communication skills, with experience documenting complex technical solutions.
