Handle day-to-day operation of facade illumination and projection systems.
Execute daily shows (typically between
7:00 PM - 11:00 PM
, approx.
90 hours/month
, timing subject to GAIL's discretion).
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for start-up, monitoring, and safe shutdown.
2. Monitoring & Diagnostics
Conduct daily system health checks and preliminary diagnostics.
Ensure operational readiness of all equipment prior to show execution.
Monitor real-time system performance and identify faults proactively.
3. Issue Management & Coordination
Maintain a fault log and document system issues.
Coordinate with OEMs/technical partners for timely resolution of faults.
Escalate unresolved issues promptly for minimal downtime.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and submit daily reports on system health, operations, and any incidents.
Maintain comprehensive documentation as per project requirements.
5. Compliance & SOP Adherence
Strictly adhere to O&M procedures, safety protocols, and site guidelines.
Ensure uninterrupted operations during all scheduled projection days.
Required Qualifications & Experience
As per
Scope of Work -
(System Operation & Preliminary Diagnostics).
Experience in operating projection mapping systems, AV equipment, facade lighting, or similar technologies.
Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting, fault analysis, and understanding system integrations.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and OEM representatives.
Good communication skills and disciplined reporting habits.
