We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined
Intern Support Engineers
to join our dynamic support team in Pune. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow in the educational ERP domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide
technical support
to clients (schools, colleges, universities) using our ERP platform.
Respond to
customer queries
via email, phone, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in
troubleshooting software issues
related to user accounts, modules, and data management.
Coordinate with the
development team
to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
Guide clients on
ERP features, workflows, and best practices
to ensure smooth usage.
Participate in
software installation, configuration, and testing
activities under supervision.
Prepare and maintain
support documentation, FAQs, and user guides
for client reference.
Gather and log
customer feedback
for continuous product improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
Technical Knowledge:
Basics of
SQL databases
(querying, data handling).
Understanding of
web applications
and browser-based troubleshooting.
Familiarity with
Windows/Linux operating systems
.
Soft Skills:
Strong
problem-solving
and analytical skills.
Good
verbal and written communication
skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Ability to
learn quickly
and adapt to new technologies.
Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.
Preferred (Good to Have)
Exposure to
ERP systems
or similar enterprise software.
Basic knowledge of
HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
for UI issue diagnosis.
Internship or project experience in
software support, IT helpdesk, or technical customer service
.

6 months (with the possibility of full-time employment based on performance)
