Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Support Engineer

to join our Operations & Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing daily operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities. This role involves hands-on work with electronic security systems and networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain electronic security systems including

CCTV

,

IP Cameras

, and

Access Control Systems

. Troubleshoot and manage basic computer networking, including

Optical Fiber Cable (OFC)

networks and

wireless solutions

(Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint). Install, configure, and support

CCTV systems

,

NVRs

,

wireless links

, and

Video Management Software

(preferably Genetec). Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively. Provide technical guidance and support to field technicians. Use

Microsoft Office tools

for reporting, communication, and project tracking. Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all tasks and projects. Communicate effectively via verbal, interpersonal, and email channels. Fluency in

English

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

or

Diploma

in

Electronics & Communication

or

Electrical Engineering

Genetec certification

is preferred; certified candidates will be given priority.

Work Experience & Skills

Proven experience with

electronic security systems

such as CCTV, IP Cameras, and Access Control. Strong understanding of

computer networking

, including OFC infrastructure and wireless technologies. Proficiency in configuring and maintaining

security systems

and

Video Management Software

(e.g., Genetec). Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and coordinate field technicians during installations and maintenance. Skilled in

Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong documentation and reporting abilities. Effective communication skills and multilingual proficiency.
