We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operation of systems and applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, a service mindset, and technical expertise in handling user queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first and second-level support to end users for hardware, software, or system issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or remote tools.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and track resolution.
Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
Document issue resolutions and maintain support logs.
Train users on system functionality and updates.
Collaborate with development or infrastructure teams on bug fixes or enhancements.
Ensure timely closure of support tickets within SLA timelines.
