Manage day-to-day delivery operations across development, QA, UAT, and production environments. Lead the

release management process

, including planning, coordination, validation, and deployment. Collaborate with DevOps engineers to improve

CI/CD pipelines

, automation, and deployment efficiency. Oversee

, ensuring timely resolution and communication of production issues. Track SLAs and KPIs for delivery performance, uptime, and stability. Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth and coordinated releases. Maintain release calendars, coordinate with multiple teams for dependencies, and handle post-release reviews. Drive

root cause analysis (RCA)

for critical issues and implement preventive actions. Support compliance, audit, and documentation related to change and release processes.
