Manage and execute lead generation activities.
Solving Customer's Tally Problems through Any desk
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Job Specification:
Looking only Commerce Graduates
Must have knowledge as well as Experience in Tally Prime
Experience in same as added advantage
Preferred Female candidates only
Minimum 1 years of exp in Tally Prime is a must
