Make outbound calls to clients using provided leads to schedule training sessions for the Petrosoft software.
Coordinate with trainers and clients to book and confirm training time slots.
Schedule a
minimum of 45 training sessions per day
.
Track and follow up to ensure
trainers complete at least 50 trainings per month
.
Maintain accurate records of scheduled and completed trainings.
Communicate effectively in multiple South Indian languages to cater to regional clients.
Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and last-minute changes promptly and professionally.
Report daily and monthly progress to the team lead/manager.
Assist in resolving minor queries related to training coordination.
Requirements:
Proven experience in support coordination, customer service, or telecalling.
Fluency in
at least two South Indian languages
(Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam); proficiency in English and Hindi is a plus.
Good communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently.
Positive attitude, team player, and customer-centric approach.
