About the Role:


We are looking for a

Support Coordinator (Non-Sales)

to join our team. This role involves handling coordination tasks, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth support operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as a point of coordination between teams and clients for support activities Handle queries and escalate issues to the concerned teams when required Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of pending tasks Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of support activities Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and service quality

Requirements:



MBA Fresher OR Graduate with good communication skills (any discipline can apply)

Strong problem-solving and coordination skills Immediate joiners preferred Candidate must be based in

Bangalore

Willingness to work in a

hybrid model
