Key Responsibilities:
Act as a point of coordination between teams and clients for support activities
Handle queries and escalate issues to the concerned teams when required
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of pending tasks
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of support activities
Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and service quality
Requirements:
MBA Fresher OR Graduate with good communication skills (any discipline can apply)
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
