Job Description

The Support Coordinator helps manage and streamline customer support operations by coordinating between clients, support teams, and internal departments. This role ensures timely issue resolution, effective communication, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate support requests and ensure timely responses from technical teams. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions. Assist in improving support processes and customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Basic understanding of software or IT systems. Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused attitude.
