Primary Functionsxc2xb7 Application Support: Provide technical support for healthcare applications, troubleshoot issues, andensure timely resolution to maintain client satisfaction.xc2xb7 Customer Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users to maximizethe effective use of applications.xc2xb7 Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, offering exceptionalcustomer service and technical guidance.xc2xb7 Documentation: Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and support documentation forboth internal and client use.xc2xb7 Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams toalign on project goals and deliverables.Minimum Qualifications: xc2xb7 Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. xc2xb7 5+ years of experience in IT support, application management, or related roles. xc2xb7 Strong understanding of customer support practices, with a demonstrated ability to resolve technical issues efficiently and empathetically. xc2xb7 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. xc2xb7 Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs for end-users. Preferred: xc2xb7 Clinical Healthcare Experience is highly preferred xc2xb7 Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, electronic health records (EHR), and other clinical applications is a plus. Soft/ Behavior Skills: xc2xb7 Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude. xc2xb7 Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. xc2xb7 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. xc2xb7 Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
