As a Support Consultant, you will
Ticketing & Refunds, Unused ticket tracking, client invoicing, credit card reconciliation, Data Quality Control
Timely follow-up of reservations to ensure accurate fulfilment
Build and maintain accurate knowledge of the various supported travel industries (air, car, hotel, rail, etc.)
Work in an international team of colleagues, from different countries and continents
Interact and cooperate with other departments to reach the common goal: deliver excellent service to the customers
Reach a high level of accuracy and complete all tasks with a minimum of errors
About you
Extensive experience in a Business Corporate Travel Agency
Experience in Ticketing/Refund using Amadeus and/or Sabre
Previous experience in administrative tasks, such as client invoicing and CC reconciliation processes
Understanding of travel industry related rules & regulations such as IATA & BSP
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
