Job Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer support to our US-based clients. Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and efficiently. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering top-notch service and resolving problems effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of customer queries. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients. Handle a high volume of client calls, emails, and chats while maintaining professionalism and composure. Requirements: Graduation or above in any discipline. Fluent in English with a US accent, both spoken and written. Minimum of 2 years of experience in US sales or customer support. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
