Job Title: Support Associate (Night Shift)

Location: New Town

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Job Type: Full Time

Job Summary:

Norlox is looking for highly motivated Support Associates to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless support experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound support requests via calls, emails, and chat. Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and service-level agreements (SLAs). Identify opportunities to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1+ years of Experience Education: High School Diploma/Bachelor's Degree

Skills:

Strong communication (verbal & written) skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic technical troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in using customer support tools and software (preferred). Availability to work night shifts (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM).
