Job Overview

We are looking for a Male candidates are required for this position. Support Associate to act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the onboarding and payment process. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless recruitment experience by guiding candidates, resolving queries, and coordinating with internal teams. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Assist candidates with onboarding and payment-related support. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments for clear and timely communication. Provide accurate responses and solutions to candidate and client inquiries. Maintain detailed records of interactions, issues, and resolutions. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns promptly. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance overall service quality. Mentor and guide candidates throughout their recruitment journey.

Education Qualification & Skills Required

Graduation from any stream (mandatory) Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good mentoring and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Basic computer proficiency.

Salary

CTC - 1,80,000 - 2,16,000 per annum Travelling Allowance is provided.

Working Days & Shift Timing

Monday - Friday. Shift Time - 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
