Expert in Troubleshooting and Root cause analysis Hands on experience on SQL, how to extract a log file, Cloud environment Expert in Software / Application related trouble shooting and Problem solving Tech Savvy Strong Database Understanding

Functional Knowledge:

Understanding of how point of sales operations and inventory management work Understanding of Inventory mgt, Sales, Promotion, Omni channel ordering, E Commerce, CRM, ERP Integration and POS To make the Test plan for the testing team. To do the User acceptance testing in the final project. Managing Customer communication Ability to test the system Patch release Managing incident lifecycle
