Job Title : Supply Planning Team Leader


Experience : 7-10 Years
Location : Pune
Shift timing: 18.30 PM - 3.30 AM
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of planning professionals, ensuring strong performance management and a collaborative team culture. Analyze supply network constraints, recommend mitigation strategies, and oversee stock allocation aligned with demand forecasts. Manage supply planning data in compliance with data governance policies. Support new product launches and tenders through scenario planning and material readiness assurance. Utilize advanced planning tools such as Kinaxis and ERP systems to develop capacity plans and track KPIs. Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and other functions to maintain accurate and timely planning data.
Requisites
Bachelor//'s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related discipline. Experience in supply planning management, preferably within a global environment. Strong expertise in supply chain planning tools (Kinaxis Maestro, IBP, SAP ECC/S4 Hana). Proven ability to lead teams, conduct performance reviews, and foster an inclusive work culture. * Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
