Position Purpose:
Within Supplier Relationship Teams drive detailed planning, scheduling and order management to assure agreed delivery performance level to CPO's. Develop and manage the relationship with External Suppliers and to customers for all supply related matters, such as demand/supply planning and analysis and order management to guarantee high customers service levels including stock management for free of charge customer-supplied components.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to :

  • Design and implement S&OP meetings with supplier based on frequencies outlines in the segmentation assessment to discuss NOSSCE and business critical metrics to finalize supply plan, provide performance feedback, implement root cause analysis and achieve continuous improvements.
  • Representing Indian SRT in Demand Review, Supply review, consolidating Net requirements from sites, teamwork and coordination with Internal and External partners. Optimize key supply chain processes according to the NOSSCE standards for the India SRT (i.e. Demand Review, Supply Review, IBP) and relevant parameters (i.e. lead times, MOQ, product segmentation, order frequencies,..) in order to increase the processes effectiveness and compliance to the defined standards.
  • Ensure data in SUPER is accurate and timely updated. Plan, run, and coordinate all activities related to the supply and update sites with the latest delivery schedule. Responsible for order fulfillment tasks for a product manufactured at External Suppliers within scope of SRT.
  • Establish and be responsible for an optimal supply plan, with the goal to balance customer service level, production capabilities at external supplier, inventory level. Responsible for timely order fulfillment including organization and management of physical shipment of goods in collaboration with freight forwarders.
  • Responsible for controlling stock out and Minimum back orders. Communication to all customers around supply delays with escalation cards. Vendor performance management, measurement & critical metric maintenance. Collaborate with Suppliers on biweekly basis to discuss open orders and to get accurate overview of capacity and resources for the assigned External Suppliers in order to highlight early warning signals in terms of unbalanced supply vs demand.
  • Promote, supervise and eventually lead actions plans to achieve supply, customer services level (i.e. SDP,VCP). Improve Supply Chain performance by increasing process robustness, minimizing manual work, and educating suppliers on KPI's. Analyzing the supply important metric reporting, highlighting gaps vs targets and defining and supervising gaps mitigation actions in collaboration with SRT's.
Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:
  • University level or above or scientific degree that contains supply chain management, MBA (Operations), MBA (Supply Chain).
  • 8+ years planning, logistic and/or SC experience in an industrial operations environment preferable from pharma background with experience working in a GMP and/or GSP environment.
  • Supply Chain Principles - extensive knowledge and under-standing of Materials Management principles such as (but not limited to) MPS, MRP, CRP, DRP, SFC, purchasing, distribution, import/export, transportation, etc.
  • Commercial negotiations skills.
