Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
1. Act as the single point of contact between Company Merchandising/Stores/CRM and Banaras production unit for all follow-ups and closures. Will report to Merchandising Team in HO
2. Ensure timely creation and accuracy of Goods Inward entries, barcode mapping, image attachments in Wizapp ERP, price correction, Loom status updates, and all other activities which relate to product that admin team is doing for Banaras. This will include work that is
3. Track and chase special orders, production progress, defective product repair status and related approvals to eliminate delays.
4. Maintain up-to-date records in Wizapp, ensuring zero dependency on admin team for related operations. This means that this person will be able to execute all these jobs by themselves on the system and keep records for smooth functioning.
5. Provide regular status updates and proactively flag bottlenecks to ensure smooth coordination between Banaras and Delhi teams.
Skills Required
1. Strong coordination and follow-up skills with the ability to work independently and drive closures.
2. Preferred: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably Wizapp) and comfort with data entry, tracking, updating and reporting.
3. Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English) to liaise effectively with production, merchandising, and admin teams.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously.
5. Problem-solving mindset with accountability to ensure seamless execution of merchandising operations.
