Responsible for driving the supply strategy for both B2B and B2C businesses. The role involves scaling up operations, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring effective management of BAU processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute supply strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Lead data analytics and financial management for supply operations.
Build, manage, and nurture partner/vendor relationships.
Manage the Driver Cum Owner (DCO) program, vendor margin enhancement, and onboarding lifecycle.
Create and drive supply-side initiatives to support business scale-up.
Ensure smooth business partner engagement and collaboration.
Drive revenue expansion and identify growth opportunities.
Lead and motivate teams to achieve functional goals.
Functional Skills:
Vendor management and lifecycle expertise.
Financial management, margin enhancement, and cost optimization.
Operational expertise in mobility/transport ecosystem (preferred).
