Role Overview

As a Home Chef Supply Executive, you will be at the forefront of this mission. You won't just manage supply - you will build, lead, and inspire a network of chefs and a strong internal team that ensures Homeal can scale across India. Key Responsibilities:

Empower Home Chefs at Scale

Recruit, onboard, and mentor thousands of talented home chefs across regions.

Ensure every chef feels supported, valued, and part of the Homeal family.

Lead & Grow Teams

Build and manage a high-performing supply team responsible for chef sourcing, onboarding, and relationship management.

Inspire, train, and guide your team to deliver results at scale.

Quality & Compliance

Champion food safety, hygiene, and packaging standards with regular training and audits.

Ensure 100% compliance with FSSAI and Homeal guidelines.

Performance & Retention

Drive chef engagement through performance tracking, feedback, and recognition.

Design strategies to minimize churn and maximize chef earnings.

Supply-Demand Excellence

Collaborate with Operations & Demand teams to forecast requirements and ensure supply readiness during peak seasons.

Continuously improve systems and processes for speed, efficiency, and quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
