TCS is hiring for Supply Chain Supplier Engagement Specialist
Role: Supply Chain Supplier Engagement Specialist
Work location: Chennai / Bangalore
Experience: 2 - 4 years
Qualification: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.

Job Responsibility:

1. Responsible for facilitating the delivery of stocks into the distribution network with specific focus on EDI integration, capacity
and booking management via C3 and 3PL aggregation.
2. Working cross functionally with our replenishment planning, logistics and store operations teams, elements of supply chain
functions or driving process improvements of key facets of supply chain activities through out the end-to-end stock flow and
fulfillment process
3. Support and manage coordinated ordering with 3PL providers , local suppliers and backhauls
4. Manage Local Supplier delivery schedules and lead times to optimize inventory flow through the business cost effectively
5. Drive activities to improve local supplier DIFOT
6. Enhancing the retail supply chain processes to ensure efficient and effective receiving products
7. Lives the company culture, value and behavior
