The role focuses on execution excellence, cross-functional coordination, and performance monitoring to support V-Rich's operational and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day supply chain activities including procurement, warehousing, and logistics operations
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and accuracy to prevent shortages or excess
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Ensure on-time delivery of materials and finished goods while maintaining cost efficiency
Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, inventory turnover, and lead times
Identify and resolve operational issues, delays, and supply chain disruptions
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations
Train, guide, and support supply chain staff to improve productivity and performance
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
3-6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
