- Record supplier details, contracts, and performance tracking in ERP.
Inventory & Stock Optimization
- Monitor stock levels, reorder points, and expiry management through ERP.
Logistics & Distribution
- Track inward & outward movement and generate delivery schedules using ERP.
ERP Reporting
- Create dashboards/reports for management (stock aging, purchase vs. sales, order fulfillment).
Responsibilities in Retail
Plan daily/weekly stock replenishment using ERP reports.
Verify inward goods with
GRN in Gofrugal ERP
.
Track
batch, MRP, expiry, and barcode
for every item in ERP.
Support sales team by ensuring stock is updated in ERP real-time.
Monitor product returns/replacements through ERP entries.
Generate MIS reports (fast-moving, non-moving, wastage) for retail outlets.
Responsibilities in Wholesale
Manage
bulk procurement & distribution
using Gofrugal ERP purchase and inventory modules.
Record bulk GRNs, supplier challans, and invoices in ERP.
Track stock across multiple warehouses and wholesale outlets.
Monitor
order processing & dispatch
through ERP.
Generate ERP reports for
supplier performance, stock turnover, and logistics cost
.
Ensure ERP data is accurate for audit, accounts, and compliance.
Key Requirement:
The Supply Chain Specialist must be
skilled in Gofrugal ERP
(Purchase, Inventory, GRN, Sales, and Logistics modules) to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
Qualification Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in
Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
.
Diploma in
Logistics & Supply Chain / Materials Management
is also acceptable.
Master's Degree (MBA in Supply Chain / Operations) preferred for senior positions.
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience in
Gofrugal ERP
(Purchase, GRN, Inventory, Sales & Logistics modules).
Proficiency in
MS Excel / MS Office
for data analysis & reporting.
Knowledge of
inventory management techniques
(FIFO, LIFO, stock turnover).
Understanding of
supply chain metrics
(lead time, OTIF, carrying cost).
Experience
2-5 years in
retail / wholesale supply chain, procurement, or logistics
