Job Description

Manage all aspects of domestic and international shipping operations, ensuring timely delivery while optimizing costs and maintaining compliance with global regulations. Develop, implement, and continuously improve logistics systems and processes to enhance efficiency, visibility, and scalability across the supply chain. Provide exceptional support to customer management teams by promptly resolving logistics issues and implementing preventative measures. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors across multiple categories including kitting, printing, design & development, logistics, translations, and devices. Monitor vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and identify new partnership opportunities to support business growth and operational excellence. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with vendors and vendor- related activities. * Monitor inventory stock levels, optimize usage, and make adjustments based on prior trends.
