Supply Chain Solution Architect

This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

:

The candidate would join the HPE Global Operations Technology and Solution Team. The candidate will work closely with global HPE Global Operations organization to design, develop and manage Business Owned solutions using various tools and technologies. Some work would also involve superior data handling skills to support various aspects of planning and executive decision making.

  • Understand business requirement to develop and implement solutions that address business needs and adhere to big data architectural guidelines
  • Leads design activities and provide mentoring and guidance to developer team on designs, preparation and execution.
  • Develop data-driven solutions to complex business challenges while working with data scientists and business consultants.
  • Works within the Information Technology function, obtaining resources and working in support of objectives and strategies.
  • Architect and create data views from big data store to feed into analytics solutions and visualization layers
  • Troubleshoot, debug when data is found to be inaccurate.
  • Root cause analysis of data issues and coming up with stable long terms solutions.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor/Master 's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Analytics or equivalent
8-12 years' experience in industry experience working on data warehousing / distributed system (e.g. Hadoop)
  • Supply Chain domain experience preferred
  • Digital Supply Chain from a real time visibility
  • Experience working on analytics tools and solutions using Microsoft R
  • Excellent experience in data processing using Scala/Python/Java
  • Experience writing code IN databases like SqlServer;
  • Advanced Technology Stack Experience: C#, C/C++, SQL, ASP.NET, REST, JSON, CSS, HTML (Required)
  • Expert in building and optimizing 'big data' data pipelines, architectures, and data sets
  • Strong Business Analysis. Master in DBA. Advanced Web Technologies Skills. (Required)
  • Proficient in Big data tools and ecosystem (e.g. HIVE, Spark)
  • A technology evangelist who provides the right thought leadership on technology choices
  • Experienced in SAP, SFDC, S4 Hana and / or related adapters preferred
  • Strong General Project Management Skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated influencing skills, high level of technical and team leadership skills.
  • Strong in user requirements gathering, maintenance, and support
  • Strong technical fundamentals to quickly learn next gen tools and start working on the same
