Job Your role Are you passionate in producing high quality business reports and translating complex requirements into simple designs We\'re looking for someone like this to: - Drive the design, specification and testing of reports used in the production of Supply Chain Reporting, for the UBS Group on Power BI and Tableau - Work collaboratively with SAP Architectural team and AP (Accounts Payable) teams and other subject matter experts across Finance and Technology in the design, development and testing of the reports - Identify reporting changes, suggest specifications and assist in implement changes in our consolidation ledger and reporting solution - Prepare ad-hoc data analysis and interpretation of results for testing purposes - Provide expert know-how on reporting tools, reporting solutions and support on change initiatives, including implementation of regulatory requirements on the core reports - Communicate independently with key stakeholders, preparing and presenting clear and concise reporting outputs for their review and sign-off - Follow agile principles in delivering the outputs in an incremental, effective and efficient manner Join us At UBS, we embrace flexible ways of working when the role permits. Your team You\'ll be working in Group Corporate Services (GCS) - a Group COO function within Corporate Center created to support UBS with its third party vendor sourcing strategies as well as to manage the services provided by our near- and offshore delivery centers. You will be part of the Category Management Insights and Enablement team. Your expertise - Knowledge of SAP relational database and extraction tools such as SAP BW, etc. - Experience of designing and operationalizing reporting within a procurement analytics function - Ability to manage stakeholders at different leadership levels and negotiate delivery timelines - Advanced knowledge of Power BI/Tableau and excel for reporting purposes - Experience using automated data processing tools such as Alteryx / Tableau prep - Excellent communication skills to interface with both technical and business stakeholders - Excellent presentation skills to Senior Management - Pragmatic and solution-oriented while being accurate - Truly service-oriented and a strong team player able to engage team members
