Location: Mumbai
Exp: 7-10 years
:
- At least 7-10 years of total experience with significant time spent in Change Management and Stakeholder Management related areas
- Strong understanding of People Risks in Technology, Stakeholder Management, Change Impact Assessment, Risk Mitigation in large technology implementations
- Deep understanding of Best Practices in Stakeholder Management, Communication, User Engagement and Empowerment, Change Assessments and Technology
- Hands-on experience in implementing large stakeholder management programs in multiple industries including Manufacturing and Automotive Industries
- Clear communication capabilties - both written and spoken; Good command over multiple Indian Languages including Hindi
- Strong project management capabilities and stakeholder management capabilities
