- Strong understanding of Transportation and Warehouse Management, Load Planning, Route Planning, Warehouse Management Processes in the Automotive or Manufacturing Industries
- Deep understanding of Industry Best Practices, Process Maturity Assessments and Technology
- Hands-on experience in implementing Supply Chain Technology Solutions in Manufacturing and Automotive Industries
- Clear communication capabilties - both written and spoken; Good command over multiple Indian Languages including Hindi
- Strong project management capabilities and stakeholder management capabilities
