Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end supply chain activities within the plant including procurement, inventory, warehousing

Ensure optimum stock levels through effective inventory planning and monitoring.

Manage vendor relationships, negotiate prices, and ensure continuous supply of materials.

Oversee dispatch, transportation, and delivery of finished goods

Analyze supply chain metrics and create weekly/monthly performance reports.

Implement supply chain SOPs, quality checks, and safety norms across the plant

Lead and mentor supply chain staff and plant teams.

Skills & Requirements

Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics & procurement

Expertise in production planning, MRP, and ERP systems

Understanding of warehousing, quality control, and dispatch operations

Knowledge of manufacturing plant processes and compliance

Leadership & team management

Strong communication & coordination

Qualification:

B.Tech/BE/Graduate in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering. MBA preferred.5+ years of experience required.

Experience Required:

Minimum 5+ Years in Supply Chain, Production, Plant Operations

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
