DESCRIPTION

The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for planning and maintaining daily supply chain operations across one or more functional areas such as materials, production, inventory, logistics, customer service, demand management, or order fulfillment. This role ensures that internal and external customer expectations are consistently met by driving accurate planning signals, managing supply risks, and enabling efficient end-to-end supply chain performance.

Identify potential supply chain failures and proactively mitigate risks through effective planning and corrective actions. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including global suppliers, to deliver short-term tactical improvements. Utilize planning systems as the primary tool to drive consistent supply and demand signals across the supply chain. Participate in functional and cross-functional process improvement initiatives. Manage part change control activities, including obsolescence, supersessions, and new part releases, while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory. Apply Plan for Every Part (PFEP) principles to ensure right part, right quantity, right time, and right place across the end-to-end supply chain.
