Open Secret is currently available through their website at https://opensecret.in, multiple ecommerce platforms, and across offline stores Pan India where they sell their entire range of unjunked snacks including; Nutty Cookies, Nutty Chips, Flavoured Nuts, Nutty Shake Mixes and Nutty Spreads.

About the CEO and Co-Founder:



Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop supply plans aligning with demand forecasts, sales inputs, and inventory targets

Monitor inventory levels (safety stock, reorder points) and drive inventory optimization

Track order life cycles from placement through delivery; proactively address delays, exceptions, and bottlenecks

Coordinate with procurement / sourcing to ensure material availability and timely replenishment

Liaise with logistics vendors / distribution partners to plan dispatch schedules, monitor transit, and reduce Return to Origin (RTO) or delivery failures Glassdoor+1

Generate and present supply chain performance metrics / KPIs (forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, fill rate, inventory turnover)

Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain workflows

Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, customer service, and finance to manage trade-offs and align decisions

Assist with demand & supply reviews, S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.

Required Experience:



2-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or related roles

Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)

Experience with ERP / planning systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, JDA)

Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making

Good written & verbal communication; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Problem-solving attitude, detail orientation, ability to handle ambiguity
