We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain and Order Management Executive to oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain and order fulfillment process. This role is critical in ensuring timely procurement, inventory accuracy, order processing, and delivery efficiency to meet customer expectations and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle from order receipt to delivery.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Monitor order status and resolve any issues related to delays, shortages, or discrepancies.
Maintain customer satisfaction through clear communication and service excellence.
Supply Chain Coordination:
Plan and manage procurement schedules based on inventory levels and sales forecasts.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
Track and optimize inbound and outbound logistics to reduce lead times and costs.
Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Inventory & Warehouse Management:
Ensure accurate and real-time inventory records across warehouses.
Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely dispatches and stock replenishments.
Identify and address inventory discrepancies, stockouts, or overstock issues.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on order fulfillment, inventory health, logistics costs, and supplier performance.
Analyze data to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement in the supply chain process.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., FSSAI, GST, etc.).
Maintain accurate documentation for purchase orders, invoices, shipping, and returns.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
2-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel; experience with tools like Zoho, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or D2C sectors.
Exposure to working with quick commerce or e-commerce platforms.
Understanding of import/export logistics and documentation (for export-facing roles).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
