Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Operations Specialist located in the Bengaluru. The Supply Chain Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain processes, warehousing management, including inventory management, operations management, demand forecasting and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing supply chain data, ensuring timely procurement of materials, optimizing inventory levels, and maintaining effective communication across the supply chain network.

Qualifications



Experience in Supply Chain Operations and Operations Management Strong Analytical Skills Experienced in Amazon Seller Central Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills Proficiency in Inventory Management Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Knowledge of supply chain software and tools for Amazon is a must Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Operational Role

list and sell products to other businesses via Amazon India Marketplace, handling all aspects of logistics, customer outreach, and order fulfillment. Manage product listings, postings, pricing (as permitted by law), and catalog updates using Amazon's platform tools. Handle customer service for business buyers, returns, and complaint resolution, maintaining high performance standards as defined by Amazon's Selling Partner Support.
Inventory, Distribution, and Reporting

hold responsibility for warehousing, inventory management, and shipping within India. must maintain transparent financial records and provide periodic sales, inventory, and compliance reports to the company. Coordinate on demand forecasting and restocking requirements. Define sales targets, customer satisfaction
benchmarks, and operational KPIs that the seller must meet.

Establish regular review meetings and an escalation matrix for issues related to compliance, performance, or customer feedback. Provide dedicated support from Amazon's Seller Partner Support division for system and process issues resolution.
Training, Onboarding, and Support

Facilitate initial and ongoing training for the seller's staff in Amazon systems and compliance procedures.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
