What would you do?

Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our services You will be part of Supply Chain Planning Team which is responsible for end to end supply planning and execution Implement systems to support the demand and supply planning process by providing planners with automated tools to access and analyze data captured throughout the supply chain.

oDetail orientation oStrong analytical skills oAbility to meet deadlines oProcurement Process Knowledge - RFQ, RFP, sourcing, PO creation, GRN, invoice processing, supplier payments. oCategory Management - understanding direct, indirect, CAPEX, MRO procurement. oSpend Analysis - ability to analyze spend patterns to identify savings opportunities. oCompliance & Policies - knowledge of procurement laws, tax implications, anti-bribery, and company policies. oCost Analysis & Negotiation - evaluating supplier quotes and negotiating terms. oSupplier Relationship Management (SRM) - building partnerships with vendors. oStakeholder Communication - aligning procurement with business requirements. oConflict Resolution - handling disputes with suppliers or internal teams. oPerformance Evaluation - measuring supplier performance (KPIs, SLAs). oCollaboration - working with finance, legal, operations, and business units. oAutomation / RPA Knowledge - awareness of AI/RPA in procurement (e.g., invoice automation). ? Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any closely related technical or analytical field ? Excellent Analytical Skills, with Advanced skills in use of spreadsheets /Excel ? Self driven, ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision ? Experience working in Hi tech, with Data center builds ? Working proficiency in Kinaxis, SAP ? Outstanding communication and Stakeholder Management Skills ? Experience working with BOMs and Contract Manufacturers

Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems o Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture o You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management o You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments o Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others o In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts o? Review Demand-Supply Data to release orders and coordinate material supply and schedule for Builds and upgrades ? Execute the Procure to Pay Process - Review Purchase Requisitions(PR), Request for Quotes(RFQ), Create PO ? Root cause, Coordinate and resolve material delivery delays ? Work with New product Introduction teams to ensure material availability ? Work with warehouse, accounts payable, Logistics to resolve issues related to invoice payments and material receipts ? Work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to make sure correct master data setups in systems ? Provide daily and weekly reporting of metrics to business stakeholders ? Work with multiple Business stakeholders (Engineers, Planners/Business users and Strategic suppliers, Communicate results to business stakeholders ? Work with client and leads to suggest end to end process improvements ? Support Analyst hiring and onboarding, Create execution documentation, facilitate onboarding, training and knowledge transfer for new joiners ? Design and develop metrics, reports and analyses to measure operational performance and related business outcomes ? Partner with operations and management teams to ensure communication of results and resolve customer escalations
