Job Description

? Process and load sales orders accurately in the system/ERP

? Ensure correctness of item codes, quantities, pricing, discounts, and taxes

? Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution

? Prepare and maintain daily order loading, dispatch, and pending order reports

? Use MS Excel extensively for MIS, tracking, and reconciliation

? Resolve order discrepancies and ensure timely closures

? Follow company SOPs and operational timelines

? Maintain proper documentation related to orders and dispatch

Required Qualifications & Skills

? Graduate in any discipline (commerce preferred)

? 1-3 years of experience in order processing / operations / sales coordination

? Excellent MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)

? Experience working on ERP systems

? Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Added Advantage

? Working knowledge of Orion ERP and/or Oracle

? Experience in distribution or trading operations

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,942.13 per month
