Senior Supply Chain Executive / Supply Chain Lead

Position Overview:

The Senior Supply Chain Executive will lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement coordination, logistics planning, vendor management, inventory tracking, and warehouse support. The ideal candidate must have

6-10 years of stable work experience

, strong operational knowledge, and the ability to independently handle multi-location project supply requirements.

Immediate joiner preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complete supply chain operations across multiple project sites Supervise procurement coordination, vendor follow-ups, order tracking, and delivery planning Monitor stock levels, consumption patterns, and replenishment cycles Coordinate with warehouse teams for GRN, material issuance, inventory updates Prepare and maintain MIS reports: stock statements, dispatch reports, vendor performance Ensure timely movement of materials and logistics arrangements Handle vendor negotiations, timelines, and quality-related escalations Maintain supply chain documentation: invoices, challans, delivery records, purchase data Work closely with procurement, accounts, and project teams to meet operational needs Improve supply chain processes, cost efficiency, and lead time reduction Ensure compliance with company SOPs and maintain audit-ready documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field

6-10 years of experience

in supply chain, logistics, or procurement operations Proven experience in handling multi-location projects Strong Excel, MIS, coordination, and documentation skills Good knowledge of vendor management, dispatch planning, and inventory control

Stable CV mandatory

(long-term tenure in previous organizations preferred) Male candidate only (as per requirement)
