Act as the main point of contact between customers, production, planning, and dispatch.
Oversee
order processing, production planning, and on-time delivery
.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency.
Monitor raw material planning, inventory control, and logistics.
Handle critical customer issues and ensure quick resolution.
Review daily production status and delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Prepare and present
weekly/monthly reports
to management.
Lead and guide the customer support and supply chain team.
Key Skills Required:
Strong experience in
Foundry or Engineering industry
is mandatory.
Excellent knowledge of
Supply Chain Management & Customer Handling
.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
Ability to handle pressure and meet delivery commitments.
Salary:
30000/- to 50000/-
