Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Vendor Management

Source and manage suppliers of precious metals, gemstones, packaging, and related materials. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective procurement. Maintain strong relationships with domestic and international vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Production Planning & Inventory

Develop and manage production schedules in coordination with design, manufacturing, and sales teams. Forecast demand and ensure optimal inventory levels across SKUs and locations. Monitor raw material availability and proactively resolve supply disruptions.

Logistics & Fulfillment

Coordinate with logistics partners to manage inbound and outbound shipments. Oversee customs compliance and import/export documentation, especially for high-value goods. Ensure timely and accurate delivery to retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.

Process Optimization

Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve lead times. Implement supply chain software/tools for tracking and reporting. Monitor key KPIs including inventory turnover, order fulfillment rate, and vendor performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. 5+ years of supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in the jewelry, luxury goods, or fashion industry. Strong understanding of procurement, global logistics, and production planning. Experience working with ERP and inventory management systems Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
