Key Responsibilities
Logistics, Supplier & Cross-Team Coordination
Manage global supplier relationships, purchase orders, and replenishment planning.
Oversee international and domestic logistics (FTL, LTL, SPD) to 3PL warehouses and retailer fulfillment centers.
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with Marketing and Data Analytics teams to align supply chain planning with promotions, launches, and forecasts.
Inventory, Reporting & Cost Control
Monitor inventory across Amazon, Walmart, Lowe's, Chewy, Shopify, and warehouse facilities, ensuring accurate data flow via APIs and OMS/ERP systems.
Implement cost-saving replenishment strategies while maintaining optimal stock levels.
Track and improve supply chain KPIs (lead times, fulfillment accuracy, cost efficiency).
Identify opportunities for automation, integration, and process improvement.
Amazon, Compliance & Marketplace Operations
Manage Amazon FBA/AWD and Walmart WFS shipments.
Oversee Amazon compliance (hazmat documentation, restricted products, listing compliance).
Conduct inventory quarantine checks and coordinate with warehouses on segregation.
Submit ASNs to warehouses to ensure smooth inbound processing.
Manage reimbursement processes for lost or damaged inventory.
Maintain compliance to minimize risks of restrictions or account issues.
Product Launch Support
Plan inventory replenishments in advance of product launches to ensure strong day-one availability.
Align launch timelines with internal teams to ensure supply chain readiness.
Strategically distribute inventory across U.S. regions to qualify for 2-day Prime delivery nationwide.
Create and manage GS1 barcodes for retail readiness and compliance.
Monitor and adjust distribution strategies to balance inventory and maximize sales.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of supply chain experience in e-commerce or retail distribution.
Direct experience managing Amazon US operations (FBA, AWD, reimbursements, compliance, hazmat, ASNs).
Proven success supporting product launches with strong replenishment and geographical distribution.
Strong leadership skills.
Expertise in multi-channel inventory management.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (forecasting, pivot tables, cost analysis).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate with marketing and analytics teams for data-driven planning.
Must be available during U.S. business hours.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
