We are seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to drive process excellence, ensure accurate system management, and optimize inventory control across warehouses and clinics. The role involves working extensively with SAP and D365 to streamline operations, resolve system issues, and strengthen internal controls over cost of goods sold (COGS).
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process excellence and implementation initiatives in Supply Chain Management.
  • Manage system data updates in SAP and ERP platforms.
  • Identify and resolve system-related issues, including stock transfers, GRN, MAP, UOM, and BOM booking errors.
  • Verify accuracy of data transfers across dual systems (SAP & D365) for all movements: Factory to WH, WH to WH, WH to Clinic, and reverse logistics.
  • Execute SAP and D365 inventory mapping activities.
  • Coordinate inventory reporting of receipts and consumption across SAP & D365.
  • Conduct inventory valuations and calculate inventory reserves.
  • Assist in establishing and monitoring internal controls for COGS activities.
  • Reconcile monthly cycle counts, provisions, and semi-annual physical counts with perpetual inventory at clinic level.
  • Review and validate all accounting entries during month-end closing.
  • Perform regular audits for excess stock, negative stock, and pending BOM consumption, and take corrective actions.
  • Oversee consumption booking, COGS tracking, and cost center analysis.
  • Ensure effective inventory control and management across warehouses and clinics.
  • Prepare and review daily and monthly MIS reports and analytics.
Education
  • Graduate in Engineering (BE or BTech).
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP and D365.
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory control, COGS, and cost analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
