Strategic Supply Chain & Sourcing for 300+ SKUs AOP worth INR 900 CR for Foods & Beverages Business.

?Functioning on Demand Planning for MTS (Make to Stock) & MTO (Make to Order) SKUs by Monitoring Annual TIV and S&OP trend.

?Responsible for 4500 Raw & Packaging Material Requirement Plan & Monthly Rolling Forecast by Formulating Demand Forecast.

?Adroit in Forecast vs. Actual fulfilment Mechanism for 16 Manufacturing Plants (8 Foods + 8 Beverages) by Sustaining 100% SO ~ Fill Ratio Precision for General Trade, Modern Trade & E-Comm.

?Managing Forecast vs. Actual vs. MTO/MTS Optimum Inventory by incorporating Inventory Policies for S&OP P&L Strategy.

?Managing FG Paid up Stock for Optimum Min-Max Inventory for ABC/FSN SKUs with S&OP following 28% of COGS sustainability.

?Overseeing B2B & B2C Customer Services for APAC, ASEAN, USA, LATAM, EMEA & AFRICA in Co-ordination with PP&C across the globe to ensure GT, MT & E-Comm customers requirement meet seamless.

?Process development for liquidation of SLOB Inventory before the new SKU's handed over to S&OP as per APQP.

?Adroit in New Packaging Development with Design & Engineering, Marketing and S&OP CFTs as per BRCGS & FSSAI parameters.

?Define Inventory TAT for Primary & Secondary SKUs on MOQ/EOQ as per Domestic & Global Distributors, Dealers & C&F Capacity.

?Managing Paid up Stock as per BOM for Optimum Procurement by Monitoring MSL & ABC/FSN commodity as per COGS KPI.

?Assure Supply Quality & Risk Management in Co-Ordination with SQA & Production as per BRCGS, GFS & FSSAI Compliances.

?Established end-to-end Supply Chain Automation by Defining SOPs for PR to PO functions, MRN to PPC functions and SO to CRM.

?Provide Leadership through 8D Analysis on Product Complaints & implement CAPA in co-ordination with CFT committee.

Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.

Functioning on Direct & In-Direct Strategic Sourcing, Purchase & Procurement by developing SCM Budget as per Price vs. Landed Cost Statistics for Diversified Raw & Packaging Materials by following DMAIC.

Spearheading framework for overall 1 million Sq. Ft. of 18 3PL Warehouse & DC Operations & 16 Manufacturing unit Stores.

Establishing Cross Dock & Consolidation network for Import & Export framework by Monitoring Sea, Ocean & Air modes including Reverse Logistics.

?Managing EXIM Logistics Operations with Shipping lines, Airlines, Freight Forwarders & CHAs with Annual budget of $10 Million USD.

?Responsible for 200 LCL/FCL Export and 275 LCL/FCL Import Operations per Month consist Reefer, DG & F2F shipments.

?Adroit in 100% Container Optimization on Standard & Customized Palletization based on Packaging Dimensions.

?Identify New Service providers & Finalize Contract agreements by strategic negotiation on cost rebate as per RFI, RFP & RFQ/adhoc tendering for FCL/LCL/Sea/Ocean/Air Express mode Freights and Custom Handling Commission.

?Warranting smooth SOP functioning of FG Warehouses & Material Stores by Defining FIFO/LIFO, Location layout, Picking, Packing and Binning Accuracy through Visual Management of Lean Sigma (OGSM).

?Engaged in warehouse & store layout, Designing, Purchase of MHE and Racking selections.

?Overseeing GRN/MRN/RGP/NRGP/E-Way Bills/SRN documentations & statutory compliances for GST, SGST, VAT and Excise.

?Conducting cycle count for stock verification & reconciliation as well as perpetual stock counting & audit based on ABC & FSN categories at C&F and 3PL Warehouses.

?Monitoring P2P & O2C functions by incorporating Purchase & Procurement Policies to Optimize Cash Flow within 300+ Supplier Pool.

?Functioning on ZBC & VA/VE for Strategic Sourcing & Procurement by Analyzing Global Suppliers / Vendor Market Fluctuations.

?Responsible for Supplier's Periodic Evaluation by Measuring Key Metrics & Supplier Yield for New Products Development.

?Responsible for 300 Supplier/Vendor Re-Order levels to ensure un-interrupted availability of RM / PM as per Bill of Materials (BOM).

?Identification of New Suppliers & Finalize ARC by strategic negotiation on cost rebate as per RFI, RFP & RFQ/adhoc tendering.

? Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in the factory& Warehouse

? Maintains required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production reorder levels

? Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.

? Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.

? Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution.

? Assesses the need for material-handling equipment and staffing; makes recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials.

? Negotiates prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or logistics partner.

? Participates as an advisory member of the product development team, providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials.

? Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.

? Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues

? Evaluate and report on KPIs

? Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly

? Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)

? Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)

? Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards

? Analysis of slow moving and obsolete stock and suggest to replenish stock

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
